The Trièves is rich in local produce, the result of  years of savoir-faire on its fertile soils. Many producers work organically. Meat, farm produce, cheeses, flour, fruit juice, jam, vegetables… You’ll find all these products at markets and direct sales at local farms and grocery stores.

Some producers have set up shop to revive traditional products or specialties like Trièves ravioli. Foragers offer ready-to-eat wild plants. Others have revived  vineyards on the slopes of Dévoluy, or chosen to develop their business with a conscience for our land, with beer breweries and a whisky distillery.
