As a passionate, state-certified guide—and a geologist and hydrologist by training—I’ll guide you on a fun-filled exploration of our region’s canyons and rivers. Between rappelling, jumps (never mandatory), and slides, I’ll share with you the secrets of how canyons were formed, as well as the stories of our mountains and their flora and fauna.
Whether you’re a beginner, traveling with family or friends, or an adventurer seeking thrills, every outing is tailored to your skill level and preferences.
My goal: to help you experience the mountains in a new way—safely and in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Based in Mens, in the heart of Trièves, I guide small groups of participants ages 6 and up. Technical gear and personal accident insurance are included. Areas covered: Trièves, Matheysine, Vercors, Diois, Valbonnais.
