Routes des Savoir-faire du trieve en Trièves

Introduction

We bake sourdough bread in a wood-fired oven using local, organic farm-grown flours. Direct sales and bakery tours available.

The Pain Sauvage project was founded by two bakers. It aims to promote short supply chains, local initiatives, and local resources (wood, etc.). It involves both selling to the local community and supporting partnerships with local authorities (supplying Monestier-de-Clermont Middle School as well as local schools and daycare centers). As part of its outreach efforts, the project engages with various audiences to offer bread-making workshops (nursing homes, daycare centers, community centers, multi-purpose community centers, schools, etc.).
Le Projet Paysan is located in a shared building that houses several artisans (art framers, jewelers, ceramicists, etc.).
