A beautiful, single-story traditional farmhouse located in the heart of the Trièves region, set within a vast natural landscape at an elevation of 850 meters between the Vercors and Dévoluy mountain ranges.
This former farmhouse, fully restored in 2024, with its gabled walls, traditional scale-tile roof, and magnificent vaulted rooms, is located just 5 km from Mens.

This 120-square-meter vacation rental is a single-story home accommodating 6–7 people, combining character with modern comfort. Near the cottage, you’ll find the starting points for numerous hiking trails, mountain bike routes, trail runs, and horseback riding trails that will take you to the highest peaks of the Vercors and Dévoluy ranges.

In the village of Mens, which is very popular with tourists during the summer, you’ll find shops, markets, restaurants, a swimming pool, a museum, a tennis court, a multi-sport field, and the Terre Vivante ecological center.
For the more active, the tree-top adventure course is 25 km away, the Himalayan suspension bridges at Lake Monteynard are 15 km away, and the lakes and water sports are 28 km away.
The Courtet paragliding site is located in the town, 4 km away. You can also enjoy the little train in La Mure and the Image Mining Museum.
In winter, you can ski in the Vercors or Dévoluy mountain ranges.
