Agriculture biologique

Introduction

1ère Ferme et Distillerie de whisky certifiée en Agriculture Biologique et Régénérative, les Hautes Glaces vous invitent à découvrir toutes les étapes de son savoir-faire à travers des visites immersives et des moments de dégustations conviviaux.

In the heart of the French Alps, between the Vercors cliffs and the Écrins peaks, welcome to Trièves, on the path trodden by Frédéric Revol, founder of Hautes Glaces.

Here, we harness the power of the local terroir, the spirit of the place, to offer you a range of spirits that reveal the quintessence of a fertile landscape and a vibrant region: Trièves.

It is here, in this "high country" encircled by mountains, this preserved alpine refuge, that we built Hautes Glaces: a farmhouse transformed into a malt house and distillery, barns converted into a winery and cellar, an estate as a place of welcome, creation, and sharing, where we await you throughout the year…

Private or group tours, tastings in the cellar, gastronomic workshops, cultural events… We welcome you all year round to discover our philosophy and the secrets of crafting our exceptional whiskies.
