Situated in a hamlet at the foot of the Grand Ferrand, a typical Trièves building with its scaly tiles, genoises and two small gardens on either side of the bread oven.
South-facing, with unobstructed mountain views, it features a 40m² living room with a wood-burning stove, three bedrooms sleeping 9, a bathroom and a shower room.
A balcony and private dining area in the garden.
Access for people with reduced mobility.
