Facing due south, with unobstructed views of the mountains. A cozy living area with a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. A balcony and a dining area in the garden, reserved for the vacation rental. Magnificent views. Numerous hiking trails starting right from the vacation rental.

Located in a hamlet at the foot of the Grand Ferrand, this typical Trièves-style house features fish-scale roof tiles, gable ends, and two small gardens on either side of the bread oven.
A balcony and private outdoor space for dining in the garden.
Access for guests with limited mobility has been provided.

Fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, baby gear available, a library, and board games.

For guests with limited mobility, the cottage is accessible at ground level through the barn. The entrance has a slope.
