This hiking trip invites you on a spectacular journey, from the iconic Mont Aiguille—a solitary sentinel in the sky—to the southernmost reaches of the Vercors, where the Isère and Drôme rivers meet.
If you're looking for peace and quiet off the beaten track, this is the tour for you. You'll discover a wild Vercors, with its many atmospheres, the secrets of its landscapes, its history and the way of life of its wildlife.
Sometimes in forest, sometimes in open country, these trails are designed for hikers capable of putting in a daily effort of around 6 to 8 hours.

The tour’s starting and ending points are accessible by public transportation: take the TER train from Grenoble to the Clelles-Mens station. An “on-demand” taxi service provided by the Isère Departmental Council allows you to reach the meeting point in 10 minutes for approximately €5 per person; reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling 09 69 32 21 41.
