Sharpening Workshop

The goal of this workshop is to learn the basics of sharpening.
The aim here is to gain the key insights that will allow you to practice independently.
This workshop will be divided into two parts:

Theoretical Session: In the morning, we’ll explore the various aspects of proper sharpening, including:

- the choice of steel
- the sharpening angle
- heat treatments
- different sharpening tools

Practical session: In the afternoon, we’ll put sharpening into practice by focusing on:

- proper technique
- edge analysis
- hands-on practice on different types of sharpening surfaces
