Over the course of a full day, I’ll take you on a journey to discover the plants that grow around our homes and villages, in hedgerows, fields, and forests. These include the plants our ancestors ate or used for healing—plants we’ve somewhat forgotten—as well as those that are simply beautiful and whose names tell a story.

The goal isn’t to memorize them all, but to take it step by step and refine our perspective—one that often sees all this diversity as a blurry, green mass.
