On a mountain trail, between the forest and the light, our steps slow down. Here, we walk to feel, to listen.
The wind whispers through the branches, birds let out fleeting calls, and the water of a stream sets the rhythm for our breath. Every sound becomes a message; every silence, a moment of focus.
Beneath our feet, the ground tells its story: moss, stone, twigs. We brush against tree bark; we catch the scent of pine, earth, and the sky after the rain. Our senses open up, effortlessly.
We aren’t trying to get anywhere. We are here, fully present. Attuned to what nature is telling us—and to what it awakens within us.
