Introduction
Founded in 2009, the Ferme et Distillerie des Hautes Glaces produces regional whiskies designed to highlight the distinctive character and unique aromas of the grain varieties grown in Trièves according to the principles of organic and regenerative agriculture.
The tasting cellar is open during the same hours as the rest of the facility, Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It’s always best to call us before your visit to confirm our availability.
The tour reveals all the secrets behind the production of our exceptional spirits, from the moment the seed is sown to the whisky you’ll taste.

All year round on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th and December 25th.

To find us arriving from Grenoble : Direction Monestier de Clermont then Col de Cornillon en Trièves: take the first road on your right, skirting the graveyard to arrive at the visitor parking lot. Arriving from La Mure : Direction St-Jean-d'Hérans then Col de Cornillon en Trièves: a few metres before the pass, take the road on your left, follow the graveyard to reach the visitor parking lot.
