Agriculture biologiqueRoutes des Savoir-faire du trieve en Trièves

Introduction

Organic production of red, white, and rosé wines. Feel free to come and enjoy the stunning setting of the Trièves vineyards. Visits to the Prébois winery are by reservation only.

The Domaine de l’Obiou is located in Prébois, on the south- and southwest-facing slopes overlooking the Ébron River. Since 2012, Samuel Delus has been reviving this once-forgotten vineyard, which now spans 2.4 hectares. As the heir to the artisanal and traditional expertise passed down through his family, Samuel Delus is restoring the reputation of an unusual and promising terroir, which he has largely replanted and where he is already producing red and white wines with distinct character.

The vines at Domaine de l’Obiou are cultivated using organic farming methods. During winemaking and aging, a natural process is prioritized, allowing the wine time to develop on its own; aside from a small amount of sulfur, no yeast or other additives are used.
The estate features a diverse selection of grape varieties. Samuel Delus has planted both local grape varieties and those traditionally found in the Alps—such as Persan, Douce Noire, Onchette, and Altesse—as well as more classic varieties like Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay, and Viognier.
