Introduction
The association manages the Trièves Astronomical Observatory. It regularly offers activities for the general public, exclusively during the Christmas, winter, and summer school breaks.
Under the skies of the Vercors, designated an International Dark Sky Reserve, enjoy an introductory astronomy session indoors or in a planetarium, sky tours using laser pointers to discover the constellations and deep-sky observations through telescopes: planets, galaxies, star clusters, nebulae…
No reservation required. Simply go to the Trièves Observatory to purchase tickets.
Open every Monday and Wednesday during the Christmas (8:30 p.m.), winter (8:30 p.m.), and summer (9:30 p.m. in July/9:00 p.m. in August) school breaks.
Dress warmly in both winter and summer.
Access: Les Dolomites Residence, past the porch of the last building above the pool.
