Introduction

Discover the philosophy and exceptional organic spirits of Hautes Glaces by stopping by the cellar and/or booking a tour of the distillery, with the option of enjoying a relaxing moment tasting our vintages or sipping our cocktails.

Founded in 2008 as the first organic mountain farm distillery, Hautes Glaces creates local whisky and eaux-de-vie designed to sublimate the aromatic typicity of cereals grown in the Trièves region using organic and regenerative farming methods.

The tasting cellar can be accessed at the same times as the site, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. It's always best to call before your visit to make sure we're available.

The tour explains all the secrets behind the making of our exceptional spirits, from the seed sown to the whisky we taste.
