Run around Lake Monteynard-Avignonet, cross Himalayan footbridges, challenge yourself in the magnificent landscapes between Trièves and Matheysine! In early July, trail courses for all levels of ability.
Every year, at the beginning of July, trails for all levels of ability are offered, attracting an ever-increasing number of runners dazzled by the panoramic views over the Trièves and La Matheysine. Among the trail's original features are, of course, the crossing of the 2 Himalayan footbridges over the Drac and Ebron rivers, which feed the lake, as well as surprises such as the crossing of the Mine Image gallery, a boat transfer and even a mini-run for the little ones!

Equipment: - Compulsory equipment: 0.5L water supply - Recommended equipment: 1 cell phone + 1 whistle - Equipment that may be requested on site depending on weather conditions: 1 Gore Tex jacket + 1 pair of tights. - Tolerated equipment: telescopic poles
