Introduction
The Théâtre Talabar company promotes the art of puppetry through shows,
animations and exhibitions.
The company's artists have created 14 shows, representing over 1,600 performances.
To complete the discovery of the art of puppetry, the Compagnie Théâtre Talabar offers puppet workshops (dates available at www.theatretalabar.com) and organizes the "à 2 mains" festival.
Our workshops include :
Discovery workshop - explanation and presentation of the different puppet techniques: girdle, rod, shadow, marotte, the different elements that make up puppet theater: castelet, sets, props.
Classification games - all types of puppets and accessories.
Handling - glove puppets, rod puppets and accessories, with castelets adapted to children's size. Simple dialogues to help children interpret.
Puppet-making workshop/show creation - we work out a project together according to requests, groups, time ...
