Introduction
I can guide you on easy outings on the Balcon Est, accessible to everyone, beginner or experienced.
We come to get some fresh air, move around and chat!
We meet on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm.
We change location each time.
The aim of these outings is to give ourselves a chance to get out and about, meet new people and enjoy a gentle sporting activity.
If you have a medical prescription for a sporting activity, you are welcome to join us.
The outings are easy because we're not looking for a performance, just a good time.
The itinerary will be adapted according to the needs of everyone present.
The program is announced in advance. Registration must be completed by Monday evening at the latest. Payment is made on the day. So if you have to cancel, there's no risk of losing money.
Carpool if you can.
The outing may be cancelled in case of bad weather.
Payment by cash or cheque, for each session, or you can buy a card for several sessions, and each outing completed is counted.
