Les Cuiseurs Solaires

Since 2020, the Les cuiseurs solaires workshop has been based on the premises of Bombyx, the former Mens factory.

The activities on offer provide an opportunity to :
- discover and understand solar energy,
- build your own solar oven, stove or dryer,
- learn how to recycle by giving new life to recycled materials,
- use traditional tools (such as the chignole) to learn how to do-it-yourself without electricity.

Fridays in the sun (participation: €2):
A friendly exchange space to explore solar cooking, open Fridays June 12, 19 and 26, 2026 from 2pm to 5pm. And on request by phone.
On the program: an introduction to solar cooking, including cooking dishes, orientation of solar appliances and, of course, a tasting session!

Discover solar cooking at home:
You can rent a solar dish or solar oven for 15 days during Sun Fridays, or on request, to try out solar cooking at home. Price: 15 euros per appliance.
