From our agro-ecological research to the art of distillation and ageing, we welcome you to join us in exploring the stages of production that make our whisky.s exceptional "grands crus", rooted in the living Trièves region.

Welcome to the Estate, in the fertile world of the Hautes Glaces!
Our seeds and cultures are produced locally, and our grains are organically grown. The water used to clean the vats contains no chemicals; we reuse it to irrigate our fields. Our energy is renewable and locally sourced: we generate it using a closed-loop hydraulic system. The stills are heated with local wood (Alpes Bois Énergie). Our packaging materials are recycled. The bottles are eco-designed using transition glass; the caps are made from spent grain (residue from the grain brewing process); and the packaging is made from recycled cardboard.

From 01/07 to 31/08/2026 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 2.30 pm. On Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 am, at 2.30 pm and at 4.30 pm.
except on July 14th and August 15th.

From 01/09 to 30/09/2026 on Saturday at 10.30 am and at 2.30 pm.
